Accepted Payment Types	by Kavon Kandles, LLC
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Discover ONLY. Orders are processed payment of your card to our bank. Please allow up to 3 banking days after receipt of your PayPal payment for your order to be processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on non sufficient accounts. We do accept international payments via PayPal and credit cards and do not ship until until they clear our bank in full. You must have a verified PayPal account for us to do business with you.

Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Should any monies be retuned to you from your credit card, your credit will deduct any credit card sur charges that are passed to us.

Multiple Product Orders	by Kavon Kandles, LLC
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. On occassion, products are shipped separately due to the location their warehouse location. You will not be additionally charged for shipping , should a product be shipped at a later date.

Product errors on your part are non returnable. Products chosen incorrectly are non refunable. It is your responsibility to test your products. We do not guarantee that any other company products are compatible. Aroma Beads and shipping is NON REFUNABLE for any reason, so choose carefully! Credit card fees can be charged back to you should you try to return a non-refunable product. Your cost will not be refunded. Lot numbers from products can change without notice. It is YOUR repsonsibility to test your product. It is not our respobsibility if you do not like the outcome of your product. You are welcome to test any product we have.

Shipping Policy	by Kavon Kandles, LLC
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00 PM will ship within 2-3 days provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will add an additional shipping business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. PayPal orders will add an additional 2 days for processing fees to clear. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Kavon Kandles, LLC/Aroma Beads Online or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Shipping is provided by FedEx. Shipping via the USPS is only provided to International customers and AL, HI, Puerto Rico and surrounding islands. Should you request somethign other than normal shipping on FedEx, it is your responsibility to inform us via an additional email and/or phone call that you have requested an overnight or 2nd day air request. Please keep in mind that you may also be charged a rush charge!

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. We will do our best to withhold taxes for in state (TX) wholesale customers.
