Wholesale Texas: If you are applying for wholesale pricing and live in the state of Texas, you must fill out the Sales & Useage Tax form. It is required by law. Just simply fill out the form, save to your computer and attach it to an email back to us. You may also print it and scan it. Currently we do not have a fax machine. Please be advised, if you are in the state of TX, we do run a check at state level to verify your business name and tax number. NOTE: Remember, you are required to file state taxes if you have a sales tax number.
